Accessing Your Subscriptions: Log in through your store account

1. Go to the store's website and click Log in (usually top-right corner).
2. Enter your email address. Shopify's new customer accounts are password less — you won't type a password.
3. Check your email for a 6-digit verification code from the store and enter it to sign in.
4. Once logged in, open the account menu and click Subscriptions (or Manage Subscriptions).
5. This opens the subscription customer portal, where you can skip, reschedule, swap products, update quantities, change your next shipment, or cancel.
6. To manage payment or addresses, go to Profile; to view or reschedule your next order, use the Upcoming Orders section on the Orders page.
