Step 1: Prepare your Shower Steamer 

• Turn on your water to a Hot or Warm temperature to create steam. (The steam is key to activating the essential oils in the shower) 

Step 2: Place the Shower Steamer 

• Place your shower steamer on the floor of your shower, at the edge of where the water falls. (Avoid direct water flow as it will cause the shower steamer to dissolve too quickly) 

Step 3: Activate the Aroma 

• As the steamer gets slightly wet, it will start releasing the fragrant vapors into the steam. (Adjust its position as needed for more or less benefit).
