One of our team members shared that their favorite bath to help relieve sore muscles, body aches, and pain is combining the restorative power of an Apocalypse Therapy Bomb with the anti-inflammatory benefits of Charlie Brown. Soon many of us were using this combination for after-work relaxation and rejuvenation. We thought if we love it so much, you would too. The combination of these two bombs when put together resembles a bee to help the "sting" of your sore body.

Step 1: Preparation 

• Turn on your tub and place your bath bomb directly under the running water to agitate the bubbles. 

Step 2: Application 

• For the full therapeutic benefit, we recommend you soak for at least 30 minutes. Make sure the bath bomb has fully dissolved in the bath. 

Step 3: Completion 

• Drink plenty of water after your bath to stay hydrated and refreshed.
• Pat dry your skin when you get out of the bath. 

Additional Tips:

• We recommend running your bath a few degrees warmer so the oils can disperse fully throughout the water.
• Add extra “feel good” things to make it a more spa-like experience. (Dim the lights, light a candle, play calming Music).
